The DST/NRF funded South African Research Chair in the Subatomic Physics Department at iThemba LABS has two post-doctoral fellowships available, for which applications are invited to apply. The research focus of the Post-Doctoral researchers will be on experimental studies of photon strength functions/nuclear level densities or on gamma-ray decay of resonances. The Post-Doctoral researchers will further play an active role in mentoring Master and Hons students.
